Dyno Day Discussion

Well it's only obligatory that someone makes a thread So just before I head to work, I'd just like to say I had a great day as usual, met some more good blokes and will definitely be on the dyno some day again.

I am still astounded by the EA with T04 running 17psi of boost. Power figure for those who don't know: just a smidgeon under 300 REAR WHEEL KILOWATTS!!!! I have some new inspiration, one day I tell yas, one day!

I've got pics but my PC won't let me upload them so you will have to wait a while.

BTW: For those interested, my car ran 109rwkws which I was stoked with. It's all stock except for the 2.5" cat back, no premium just regular unleaded Now I am aiming to grab a Wade regrind cam before the weekend so we can pop it in next weekend.

Oh, and most importantly, I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to Wayne (LTDHO), Paul (v8capri) and the staff at Hallam Performance who were a great help. So thanks guys, much appreciated for the great and organised event!

Re: Dyno Day Discussion

What an awesome day! Haven't been to a meet for a while and this one was easily one of the best. And in such a perfect location, didn't see a cop car all day lol! I think I'll have to pay to steam clean the EA Turbo's front passenger seat after going for a ride in that thing Easily the fastest and scariest car I've ever been in. It was even worse when Tony booted it as soon as Sunny and I got in and the bloody seatbelts locked up on us and we couldn't put them on! I thought I was going to die lol! That thing would do 11 sec quarter's no worries with that kinda power. And I could have listened to Tony talk all day....the sh*t he comes out with and topped off with that accent - what a crackup:D I just hope my car goes that well one day.

I got a TON of pics and videos I'll try and upload but I'm gonna run out of webspace. Is there anyone here that can host them for me?

Cheers.

It was an awesome day. That commodore at the end was hella loud. My teeth still hurt.
That turbo EA was a beast varken.
