EA-EL Club WA Representative (Voting closed) - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

As part of the EA-EL Club's expansion, we are ready to consider applications and vote for a WA Representative. This will mean regular events in the Perth area for the first time in the Club's history.

The job typically involves:

* arranging meets in the state and
* e-mailing all members in the state (Karl, our Acting Membership Officer, can provide all the latest addresses at a given time) to inform them of any details. Events can be posted on in the forums as well
* possibly answering any club-related queries from members, and I am always around to offer further assistance

If a representative is unhappy with the conduct of any member/s, the membership of those people will come under review and may be deleted.

At the time of posting, there are a few potential candidates. Any WA member is free to put his name down at this point. I ask that all candidates put forth their 'case' before anyone votes - I'll unlock the voting area above when this has been done. The voting is confidential. Days that things are organised will be biased due to my job, uni, and hangovers. And i sometimes go days without checking intanet. And I'm occasionally unreliable...:hrm:

Just come out of school and am goin to uni.

There will be times in year where i will be tied up with uni & what ever, So club duties will be put on back burner.

Hrmm, ive got way too much time on my hands.. love cruising, spend almost all of my time in/under my car.. and love talking to others about cars similar to mine (eg, any e-series

~).. so, i guess i'll stick my hand up :)

Jack Travis originally chose me, but decided the next day to make a vote on a rep, which is a better idea.
I originally didnt want to compete for the position but ive reconsidered!
I dont have much knowledge about organising cruises and the like, but im well known for giving things a go, and that is exactly wot i shall do if chosen.
I just recently bought an EA and am seriously interested in making it one force to be reckoned with. As soon as the kudos starts rocking in haha.

AusCaRnAgEr, just to confirm - I did not officially appoint you via IRC, but I suggested you are welcome to give the position a trial run. I was quite desperate to get the wheels turning. As it turns out, there has been some interest in this position, so a proper vote has been necessary.
