Just found this thread in another forum, with some pictures of some prototypes from Ford which never got produced, include Phase 5,6,7 Falcons and Falcon XC GT Coupe.

probably would have gone all right, but they look terrible, particularly the 80's models

That Phase 6 doesnt look too bad.. Nice front bumper on that.

Why the hell ford didnt build them, I dont know, but it wouldve made sense as holden had HDT and they resembled the other really successful Ford supercars around the world of that era.
