Gday all did any body see the blue Mini with the white roof at the Easternats with the plates BUCKY2, because it is my mates and me and him went in the Go To Whoa in it. When pulling up to the start line in a 1100cc Mini lots of people laughed, anyway we were given the green flag so he reved the guts outta this poor Mini droped the clutch and off we went with the whole crowd laughing. We approached the white line that he had to get the front wheels on of his Mini at 70 km both shiting ourselves because we new what was about to happen! My mate ripped the handbrake up at 70 km, 180ed the Mini and got his front wheels right on the line. The crowd went off tap. We both couldnt beleave it. I have never been so scared in my life but it was great fun. He tried it again and just missed the line by half a meter the second time. After this he won the respect of the V8 crowd and nobody laughed at his Mini. Did anybody see this or does anyone no if there is an Easternats video because we want to get hold of the fottage of the mini doing this? Not bad for a show car that took out top 4 banger at the Easternats.
