EB GT.. Whats a realistic price to pay - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

Whats the max price I should pay for an EB GT... I'm seeing major differences in prices around. Maybe its because I'm in WA.

I've 'looked' at 3 so far

1) EB GT, auto, 97,000km - $33,000
2) EB GT, manual, 27,000km - $35,000
3) EB GT, manual, 69,000km - $30,000

Not to sound like a cheap arse, but I think these are too much for an EB GT, considering an EL GT is only a stones throw from these prices. I'm after something in immaculate condiction and fairly low K's.

What do you guys think is a reasonable price ?

I just picked up a copy of just cars and there's a couple there for around 30K. Haven't had a close look yet though.

I paid 24K for mine about 2 years ago, with 115,000km.

Redbook values them at 13,700 to 17,000, but that is based on straight depreciation etc - I don't think it takes into account it's 'collector' status.

Woulda thought youd get some for less than that here. I thought i had seen dealers with cars for less. There arent all that many around though.

Falcon prices are wierd here (well i recon). Normal falcon sells for stuff all, and XRs go for too much (from what ive compared to easern the state prices ive seen)

I think they are a bit steep.
Should just offer what u think is reasonable. Got nothin to loose.

$30k is about right for a MINT car. Anything that has been used as a daily driver should be $15k to $25k IMHO.
