Eb II six vs commodore ss

Hi i know we dont condone these sort of activities but i couldnt resist. Last night i finished late from work and was crusing down old geelong road when this commy was up my ass i though ok i didnt move over and it must pissed him off. Anyways we get to the next lights and there red i though great time to test my car. Now i thought this was just a commodore not an ss anyways hes creeping forward looking at the lights i chuck the auto in ist and though stuff this ill give him a go. i take off and keep going until about 80 into second and hes still beside me but about half a car behind then into third wont go into how fast we went but he kept trying and i was laughing anyways next set of lights he stayed way back and didnt want another go. until he had to turn off so i slowed becuase i wanted to see what model commy it was not it had ss written on the boot on the top right and it had a vr front weather ot was a vp v6 ss with a vr front or it was a vr ss v8 auto. Not sure can anyone give me datails because i dont think the vrs had sixes but i was so happy its made me want to mod my car even more, Whoo hooo

My eb allways seemed faster that alot of others dads got one and when mine was stock it flogged that it might be due to the fact that 2 head gaskets had been replaced and the compression might be a bit higher. Its got a 2 1/2 inch madrel system working on intake at moment and thermo fans extractors soon.

Whooo hooo

even know we shouldnt do this i just had to try it out.

Good stuff, EBIIsixa
Always good for a falcon to demolish a commo off the lights, just to keep the drivers in place. Knowing Fords are a force to be reckoned with.

BTW, I to don't encourage road racing.

Yes, naughty naughty - very naughty. I should take you out the back and give you a "security check"

But good on you for beating that Commy!

There was both VP S(V6) and SS(V8) and the same goes for the VR and VS.

Stock 5.0l Commdores are easy picking for XR6's.

If it was an S that's understandable, as they are only a poverty pack (executive with a spoiler).

As Venom XR said, if it was a stock 5L then that would explain it. They don't have much of a chance in 2nd - 3rd gear against an XR6.

I'm sure you were doing this at a place where there was traffic lights in a 110 km zone!

Good for you, another Holden put in it's place!
