EL GT or ROH RT rims?

I don't know which ones to choose. I'm not even sure if I can get EL GT rims anymore. Werent they just ROH 7 spokes anyway?

thats a hard one, not! go the GT rims anyday of the weak, ROH RT are on anything and everything now days, they look tacky anyhow.

GT rims cost a fortune, but are well worth it, and look mighty fine when polished :)

Yeah the Gt wheels are sick but on a cost vs looks I'd go the RT's I love them and there a hell of a lot cheaper than the GT mags.

EL GT Rims are 8.5 wide.

You will need to roll your guards if you intend on lowering or having your car lowered on these wheels!

I'd take the EL GT's, but their expensive and hard to find! Although i have 17x8 au2 xrs and i had to roll my guards, cant imagine the pain i'd have with the 8.5's on!

Hmm I didn't know the GT rims were that wide. I want to put Kingspring superlows on with the new wheels I'm getting, but I don't want to much mucking around. My cars an EL XR6.

By the way how much are EL GT rims and can you find them still new?

I believe this to be untrue. I dont think you will have to roll your guards. The wheels have the correct ofset for your car and shouldnt come close to rubbing, they certainly dont on my EB.

I hope you're right. I know that the AU wheels onwards had different offset to the E-series but I don't intend on getting AU wheels. A guy I know has an EL lowered with 17x8 and said he didn't have any problems with wheels rubbing against guards.
