I can trigger the ABS light in mine on a certain roundabout...

Seems a pretty low price, would be absolutely certain it wasn't a misprint.. I'd also check it out thoroughly top to bottom, you do get what you pay for!

Re: El Xr8

It would most definately be an auto too yes? Who cares about the km. Get a 347 stroker kit and then your engines rebuilt anyway. What a bargain!

Re: El Xr8

Mmn,like others have said you could get it for $5500 and spend $5000-$10000 on the engine and it would be one fast beast, with the look's to match.

Re: El Xr8

putting a new engine in wont change the fact the car has done nearly 400,000km! As has been pointed out, bringing the engine to a healthy state is easy, but with that many km's the transmission, cooling, diff, interior, paint etc will probably all require attention. Basically the car will be a loose, worn out piece of shit in general, although the price must be considered, and it is damn cheap!

Re: El Xr8

Remember though that these cars are serviced very regularly. I'm sure it would have been thrashed but still, that price is very attractive. I wonder, is it the series 1 or series 2 XR8.
