"Eleanor"

I am getting sick of people referring to a 67 Shelby as an "Eleanor". Eleanor has never been a model of any Mustang. I've even seen where people are selling a "Shelby Eleanor". Hell, "Eleanor" wasn't originally a 67, she was a 73.

Yeah, it's a pet peeve...

Ever notice that there's so many high performance parts available for GM products?

Did you ever think that maybe they NEED them?

Re: "Eleanor"

I'd end up killing myself in that while trying to act like a teenager. She'll sure get it though. Wow!

Actually, the original Eleanor was a 1973 Mustang Fastback. Nic Cages Movie was based on a movie (same name) from 1974.

Re: "Eleanor"

That was more painful that when Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson were beating the crap out of each other's car in the race scene from "The Bucket List"
