5-15% more horsepower ain't much to write home about...

Although taking a second look, I'm no expert but it looks like it would work by compressing the air just after the air passes the filter pod. It may be a cheap alternative to common methods of forced induction and your insurance may not count it as forced induction!

Then again, 1 psi....
