Just went and bought 'Encore' today, anyone else have it? I have listened to it a few times now and its slowly growing on me, but seriously for his supposed last album he could have done so much better. what are other peoples thoughts on it?

I read a review about it saying that it sucked with 1 alright song and the rest sounded like demos. Don't think i'll be buying it anytime in the future, his last album should have been Marshall Mathers Lp...

I've downloaded a couple tracks, and one song I do like is Encore with Dr. Dre and 50 cent. I'll have to buy it in the next week or so.

On another note, the video for 'Just Lose it' is a pisser!!

yeah it sorta does 'suck' if u wanna compare it to his other stuff, but it sorta grows on ya. i liked the eminem show more than the MM LP

havent heard the whole album but Just lose it is funny and the other one, Toy Soldiers is great. Big fan of that one. I love the snare used in that song. Havent got a clue what brand or type he's using but bloody hell does he get a good crisp sound out of it!

yeah just lose it is funny hey, good film clip too lol, i like "spend some time", "mockingbird" and "one shot 2 shot" as well. Mockingbird has some really good lyrics actually, he does well when writing about his daughter i reckon, and the ending is funny

i was thinking of buying it, but im not sure.
i was tossing up between eminem or Snoop doggs new one, but ive heard thats pretty crap too!
i might just buy an old warren G album..........

i highly recommend Joel Turner and The Modern Day Poets new album, i got it yesterday as well and its bloody brilliant!

Shock (aka humpty hump) was Digital Undergrounds front man, who brought 2pac his first big break on "same song"
