Guys, on the weekend I did something really bad, I GOT ENGAGED.

I had it all planned.
We went down the Great Ocean Road and went on a Helicopter ride and I asked her over the 12 apostles.
Of course after 10 long years she said YES.

What I want to know is how have other people on here proposed to their wifes or partners, inluding people who said NO.

I remember when I proposed to my wife. It was in March of 1998. On top of a hill called Windy point in the east of adelaide. We were sitting on the retaining wall there one night looking at the city lights when I went into this total speel of mumbled words of how we've been together for so long and what ever, then I popped the question.

Of course she said yes as we've been married for over 5 years now.
