Flicking through quickly noticed Tickford is gone? Wonder what else I have missed.

Driven about 500 miles so far (been here for 3 days)... Roads are wonderful, australia has terrible roads. Roads here are aslo boring (they are perfectly streight) and speed limits are too slow.. My car, a Daewoo Lanos (cheapest I could get still costing me a forutne tho). is the biggest peice of crap. My girlfirends rusty old 1979 Corona is superior in everyway.

Seen focus and new camry.. Camry is a camry, boring. Focus looks good. should do well in australias new small car market. Some of the older american cars are very nice, but theres little thats new and impressive. all FWD. Many hondas. many rice cars. Cars are generally smaller than australia. SUV's are bigger, they have some mamoth things. Lots of vans too. The monaro will do well here. Hardly any old cars.. us fleet must be mostly new..

In NZ ever car was a diesel! they love the dam things, love and hate. Many many imports.. crazy.. very old car fleet generally.. Does cadbury have purple falcons there? I swear I saw one.. Metalic.. Phantom? maybe it was something else.

NZ roads are very twisty.. some of the gravel ones are very twisty. Quite diffrent from US roads.. exactly the oppisite.

Stop by later.. maybe after I vist the Merc and BMW museums in germany and drive around the 'ring.

I don't know about every car being a diesel! Guess I don't know any different though... and yeah we have tons of imports. Dammit.

Ahh the diesels are taxed to the sh!thouse due to road/milage tax and even iff it's a 1600 you'll pay as much as a Landcruser. Reason they have two stickers on windscreen. The diesels are early imports due for the tip, but won't die. Diesel is cheaper than petrol though..They have stopped the real cheap imports. From memory they are not to be older than five years..
Yea N.Z is full of mountains. What N.Z'ers call hills here..
