Why do folks that are sitting ont he shoulder of the HWY jsut pull right out into the slow lane when they want to get moving again. I HATE THAT! They make it dangerous for others that are breezig along at 60 or 70 mph. I saw some lady do it today. From a dead stop just pulls right out infront of cars coming up from behind. For heavens sake, provided there is space to do so, GETUP TO speed on the soulder, or alteast 1/2 to 2/3 the speed you would need.

The ones that really annoy me are people who don't understand that the purpose of an on-ramp on freeway is to get up to the speed of the freeway traffic and merge, not slow down when they get near the end and start looking behind so they'll never find a space they can fit into so they slow down some more and stuff up everyone behind them, assuming they haven't been rear ended by somebody who gets to the right speed on the ramp.
