The cat is real, some cats are gray undeneath like that cos i saw one like that in vet surgery, looked even funnier than that, wish I had a pic of it.

A white cat will have the same colour skin as a black cat. Spose it might be dependant on breed though. Fur colour does not reflect skin colour.
