Ford has announced a new 2005 model year F Series Super Duty. The big daddy of the F Series has a beefed up payload, tow capacity,new styling and suspension in F250,F350, F450 and F550 guises.
Super Duty is 4x4, towing capacity of 7711kg and a payload of 2630kg.
Engine is a 6.8-litre petrol V10, torque 772Nm.
Larger diameter disc rotors and larger more rigid calipers. Beefed up chassis, live front axle with coil springs. It also has electronic trailer brake controller option.
And it IS coming here in about 12 months.

Looks crazy insane though. Those double rear-wheels would be great in the mud (...whilst towing seven horsefloats)

...seriously, 8 tonnes, that's crazy.... most people would just go to a HINO dealer but noooo....ford had to go and do it to an F truck...
