has anyone heard anything about ford bringing back the fairmont ghia wagon?? for some reason on the last few models it must be thought that people who drive wagons dont want luxury...

If they bring it back they will have at least one extra sale, and i would think alot more!
has anyone heard anything?

still doesnt wear the Fairmont badge. i will be happy as long as they have Head Rests in the back, Standard on all wagons.

Wagon is a dead issue in BA Falcon range. Forget the damn thing. No V8, cart springs, blah blah yuck!

We wagon people must wait for Raptor, or buy a clapped out EB Ghia wagon like I did.

Clean up on wagons? Have you seen the sales figures for up-spec wagons of late? 5/8ths of stuff all mate. I'll happily give GM/Mitsu these 30 odd sales if we can get on par or beat GM in the monthly sales race..

you have to try and cater for as many people as possible, I would have thought it was much more sensible to invest in a fairmont wagon then a futura wagon, at the end of the day its still a falcon!

the futura should not even exist IMO (if there is to be no fairmont wagon) , there should just be the forte with options. Why is there this image that peole who need wagons dont want comfort or performance??! what sort of narrow minded person honestly thinks this?!

and fm, you are happy to give GM the 30 sales?? I am sure they would manage to sell one or two more then that!! surely it is worth sticking a fairmont interior in...
