whatever happened to this beast??? i remember it was introduced at the melb motorshow last year, and there was talk of actually producing a few of them.
did it ever go ahead or was it just another fizzled concept car??
Basically the companies originally involved have changed as has the alleged Ford involvement. You can actually buy the thing now - it's produced as a joint venture between Hillier Conversions and Roman Autotek. They had a sample at the MMS this year and were taking orders. It's been renamed (can't remember what) but the pricing is pretty big.
The 300+ actually started out life as the original green Hillier 6cyl coupe (remember that one?) It was altered by Millard for display at the Motor Shows.
