feedback on 2002 Tickford Family Day - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

Now that the dust has settled and after Tickford asked for feedback on this years family day, what was the general feedback on the day?
I know some of our members have voiced concerns through our chairman Rodney, over certain issues but we are yet to hear back from the Tickford Boys about them.
It would be interesting to find out if any feedback was given to Tickford and if they have looked at it?
Just interested......

In terms of clubs, there were a few issues I noted to myself. Several members of different clubs were displaying attitudes that did nothing to impress me, in the slightest. Essentially the attitudes were general snobbery and a superiority complex, which really rubs me up the wrong way. I didn't say anything to anyone, or take it anywhere, because there is no point. I was too busy enjoying the day.

In a different place and time, I may have approached them to discuss what they were trying to achieve.

Anyhow, next year we will see if these same individuals have grown as people...

Apart from that though, a top day. Very very well done to Happy Jack and the crew @ Tickford!!

Yes our club has sent our thoughts and recommendations into Tickford and we have received feedback to that end.

Tickford Family Day 2002??

Fantastic effort from Leigh A & Tony C for the organisaton of the weekend. Great turnout by the respective clubs on the sunday. And a MAGNIFICENT showing by the BSR Boys on the Sat/Sun nights.. Going Ford/Tickford.. is the Going Thing!..

Fron everything i have heard and seen i would have to say that it was a very well planned out event. Congrats goes to those that were behind the whole ordeal.

Now hopefully FF.com bash will be grand.

From what I can remember of the day it was good. (Unfortunatly I was very ill, lost my voice, and ended up in hospital the next day... so therefore I have very little memory from friday arvo through to about thursday the following week)

The way the cars were displayed could have been a bit more organised though.

I know that there were some concerns raised about the judging of boots.
