No, its the V12 from the Ford Indigo Concept.

No, unfortunately the engines I work on are a little more mundane than that V12. Still interesting though. Can't go into details of course - you understand.

Doesn't really count, but I used to work for a supplier as a Sales engineer, and was responsible for Ford, during the development of the AU, up until about 18months ago. Was actually on site for 3 days a week during 3 months around job 1 .
Saw some very intersting sites, and would have to say out of the 3 manufacturers I've dealt with Ford would be the best if you're passionate about cars.

Funniest thing I ever saw was a PD engineer and Stylist (quite a well known one) going head to head in a Design team meeting. Ended up with the PD engineer throwing his hands up in the air and shouting "F**k this, I'm goin for a walk". Thats was how the AU Phone holder got its nightmare detent mechanism.
