We got home today from a bit of a drive to Werribee to find that someone had broken into the house again, despite the house alarm being on. The laundry window was wide open, stuff that had been on the window shelf (washing powder, anti-stain sprays, that sort of crap) had been knocked into the laundry sink and they'd went to town on Kyles room (for those who don't know, Kyle is LuvinmyEBs 13 year old son) - they'd ransacked the room.
Nothing (as far as we could tell anyway) has been stolen, despite things like a laptop being left lying around which they could have easily taken, or the PS2, or any number of other things. Thankfully this time they didn't damage my Escort, but it's still a very creepy feeling knowing some retread broke into the house and went through our things.
I swear, I'm getting so freakin' sick of this shit, if I ever catch someone in the backyard, at the very least they will never walk again!

Geez dude, do you have a sign over your front door reading 'Fcuk Wit Me Please'
Just a guess man but all these attacks seem to be aimed at the young fulla. Is there anything that he may not be fessing up to cos no one should be put into the position that your being put in man. And what ever happened to neighbour watch, you'd think that at least one neighbor would have done something out of concern for another. Betcha the cops treat it the same way they did your car as well man. It's one thing to trash a car but it's another when they enter the security and safety of ones home. If the dread and insecurity of what happened to your car was difficult to deal with then this is really gonna be tuff. Sorry dude but you really don't deserve the crap you've had to deal with especially if it's not directed at you. Stay strong brother and if you find who ever did this...kick the living f#*k outta the f#@ken c*^ts.

You know what shits me the most? We know who it is, he's been seen at our place a few times including today. He was disturbed today which is probably why nothing was taken.
We can pin a DVD on him that was a collectors edition with a number on it that he had in his possession, but the cops do SFA!
I'd love to know how he got past the alarm the little fat fu(k, actually how was even able to get through the window for that matter!
We now have 3 police reports about break ins and damaged property, and one of the cops asked me why I never call? Damn I have their number on speed dial, obviously he's the only cop from Sunshine that's never been here.
If the cops aren't going to do anything I'm going to serve out a little justice of my own, because I'm damn well sick of this shit. We go out for a couple of hours to leave flowers on a grave because it's the anniversary of their death and come home to find the house has been broken into again.
When I do nab his fat little @ss he's going to wish it was the cops that caught him and not me! Oh the torture that I have in store for him.
Sorry if this is all over the place but I'm a little more than pissed off at the moment.

if the cops dont do nuffin... let the cricket bat do the work... and wat school does he go to?? thats if he does go to school
In my experience, sometimes there are people in life who just need a really good beating to set them straight. Otherwise just break their hands or legs, thatlly make it difficult for them to get to your house next time.
This guys been to your house more than once (and ****ed up ur car, thats a death warrant).
My suggestion is to go after him and take him out.
Based on whats hapened so far hes not gonna stop making raids on your property.
And tell your son or whoever to stop ****in around and tell you EVERYTHING about everything.
The cops wont help. Its a lost cause from a legal perspective. At best, will be a slap on the wrist for the kid. More like a badge of honour.
I wouldnt recommend posting up here how this battle ends...

bro, like i said b4, if i was in vic i'd be more than happy to help, although might need to brin a few bats (might break a couple), cant stand tools, who have to invade someones personal space like that.
but i have to agree with big daddy, dont want to be rude but you sure ya young fella is telling the whole truth???? coz they must be really pissed off to do all this sh*t to ya.

I'd be willing to guess this would be thief is known to you through your son Kyle..
Shakes head. I cannot condone anything illegal and nor would i suggest such actions but I bet he wont come back if you pay him a little vist with a few mates. So long as said visit wouldn't make it hard on Kyle assuming they are his so called friends..
bla.

Congratulations. You are still alive. Most people are so ungrateful to be alive, but not you. Not anymore.
Yes my son goes to the same school as this little ferral, BUT The Maddestman also works at the same school so he see's everything that goes on between the two of them. Which is NOTHING!
The little bastard will walk past The Maddestman and mouth words and make hand gestures at him (that's when this kid isn't suspended). All of these have been reported to the Principal. Even the teachers there have commented that the kid can't keep himself out of trouble for five minutes, none of them can stand the little smartarse.
I've spoken to the Principal about the problems that he's causing, I've spoken to the Police and as soon as you mention his surname they know who you are talking about. His whole family are notorious around here.
Last week I had to go to the childrens court in Melbourne and testify against him, but his mother didn't even bother to show up and bring him along. I don't know about other parents, but hell if I was served with an interim order claiming that my son had been stalking other people I'd be dragging his butt down to the Police station to find out what the hell was going on.
Yes this kid has a problem, my son and another kid (Matt) are best mates. The ferral hates Matt and anyone that he associates with, therefore he has it in for my son. The ferral also can't keep friends because he screws them over. His mother will cover his arse when the cops go around there and say he was at home when he was in fact out on the streets. He has an older brother who thinks it's fine to hit his mother and she takes it.
Maybe if his mother wasn't out screwing around EVERY night of the week and the kids were actually shown some f'n discipline, no one would have to put up with this shit. Believe me it's not just us that hate him and his family, he has a lot of enemies, but he always seems to be able to get someone to cover his arse.
It's pretty damn sad when you have to keep your kids at home because the minute they go out something happens, such as being hit with flying broken bottles, I have pictures of the nice big cut that Kyle's mate got on his ear. Both kids are driven bloody everywhere because it doesn't matter where they go this kid seems to have a bloody tracking radar. Or his mother will start verbally abusing them in the middle of the main street (yeah, she's a classy one!).
As for getting a dog, I nearly got a staffy on Friday but the owners changed their minds at the last minute, so I'm looking for another at the moment.
My question is why should we have to go to such extraordinary lengths to keep one trouble making little shit out of our yard and house? Surely with the dozens and I mean dozens upon dozens of reports about this kid, an interim order enforced by the childrens court. Witnesses that have seen him here at the same time shit has happened. Why the hell do the cops keep saying it's our word against his? His word and a bloody army of other people can tell the Police that they saw him at a certain place at a certain time and they still don't do a damn thing.
Now I wonder, NO, I know why people start taking the law into their own hands?!?!
