Hi all,

Well I made it home last Thursday from the Middle East and I'm now looking forward to catching up with everybody again.

I can't believe how quick the trip went considering what was happening there. Home now and my ship goes into refit for nearly 12 months so lots of driving to be done. I noticed that my car is two years old in a month and I've just clocked up 22000kms! It needs a good run I think after 5 months of basically not being driven.

It's good to be home!

Damn!!! I didn't see your post until this afternoon. I wish I knew about it earlier.

Thanks for the replies, it's much appreciated. It's good to be back and looking at decent Fords again. You get sick of seeing V6 SS VY Commodores on Dubai streets though there were a few nice Mustangs getting around. There weren't many V8s except for Kuwait. What is Ford Australia doing? What a market there is in the Middle East.
