Well i finally kissed my ED futura goodbye the other day, and bought an AU II XR8 (3/2001). Couldnt pass up the price and it only had 16'000kms. I will post some pics this week.

XD 351 Ute

Bugger all..
Sold my 1994 XR8 manual in February this year.
Had 96,000 km on the clock, Simmons, CD player etc..
Dealer wouldn't go more than $13 K....
Sold it private for $14 K.
I bought in 3 years previously for $24 K...

I'd imagine that a non-XR spec ED would be worth much less...

Mate, don't dispair if your after an AUII/AUIII you can get some good deals around.

Thats why where seeing quite a number of fordforumers updating their cars.

ELXR : its pretty much std 200kw edition, it has black leather interior tho. Mods are starting this week. Will post a pic tonight or tomorow.

RAPTOR : i ended up getting $8000 for me ED, but everyone offered $4000-$5000 on average.
