HSV had a supercharged six called the XU-6 i think that is what its referring to.

No, I think he was referring to FTE which is HSV's opposition. I guess he meant that they sold more XU-6s than FTE sold in all their range.

XR6 sold real well!

surely not even he is stupid enough to think that Ford only sold 20 AU3 XR6's!!!

He must be talking about Ford, 'cos FTE never built a T-series 6 cyclinder.

I believe he was insinuating the T Series vehicles and I also agree with your views that he is arrogant. Although to take it literally it would mean that the 'opposition' would be selling XU-6's???

wouldnt surprise me one bit...remember this is the bloke who caned Craig Lowndes when he switched to ford, said that Peter Brock's V8 Supercar team would be "crushed" just like everyone else, and that Russell Ingal was "passed his used by date".
