eek ford ad shock!!!

saw the new falcon ad. great stuff.

the song is a classic, but two lines that are originally in the song have been deleted...

i dont wanna be
like other people are
dont wanna own a key
dont wanna wash my car

what!!! is uncle geoff trying to tell us to drive dirty cars? if i didnt want to wash my car, i would drive a hyundai.

ps...does anyone know the name of the band and the song? if uncle geoff agrees to put up the prize, there could be a new falcon in it for the first right answer. if uncle geoff doesnt agree to this, you will just have to make do with the adulation of your fellow FF'ers. (PS...I do know the answer cos i have the album...does that entitle me to the car????)

right...off to wash my car.

mmmmm....shiny xr6.....

I also noticed that Ford in their wisdow have decided to take out the line
"See that bird has flown too high, pretty soon it will be tired"

We want to see the Falcon fly higher than ever without even a hint of being tired!
Great song, downloaded it as soon as I found out that it was.
See Venom's reply above.

Cheapskates - I bought the CD, even though it's not really my type of music.
