"I said to our people the other day the really good thing for us actually is in this improved XR volume is not necessarily this volume now, it's the fact in three years time when young people go onto a used car yard to buy a used car they're going to be confronted, not with a line of white ex-rental Fortes, but they are going to be confronted with a line up that includes blue's and oranges and yellows and citrus XR's and they will become the used car of choice for this whole generation of people who are buying basically their first used car in this type of category."

This is exactly the sort of comment I would expect from someone who is intouch with his customers and knows exactly how to rebuild the youthful image of performance Falcons! Its how I would of done it, and I know because I am a youth!

Well done GP, consider me a new car sale in the near future.

You can say THAT again (not literally)!

No car ATM but I am looking at one...
I don't want to say which one otherwise someone else might buy it!

Never actually thought of that, but how true it is. To think if this happened a decade earlier I might be driving around in a blood-orange XR...
