Firstly who thinks this is a good idea and I guess to Tony C or David F is this possible??

Secondly if we go ahead should we have a banner made up and to what size??

Firstly I think it is a great idea. Good exposure for the site and so on a so forth. Not sure about going as far as a tent. Would you man it or just a display?

What about stickers or similar that FF members could display on their cars as well!

I mean sort of an area with one of them sunshade thingies that you could whack up. Put the banner on two or three star pickets behind it. Maybe have a little table with leaflets advertising the site and such.
Stickers could be made up for the event and whoever's there can grab some.
As for manning it, I'm up for that..

Well i can get the stickers made here in the states for $2.25 each on a bulk order.

I can see about a banner if you guys are interested in that.

I can make the banner here no sweat John. It's handy being a signwriter.. I can look after stickers for the Oz members too.. we just need to agree on a design and I can go from there..
