Yet it is okay for an add to show an apprentice taking a truck out for an errand. He forgets to set the handbrake. The truck rolls away causing absolute carnage. It demolishes a bus stop right next to a young mother and a baby then crashes in to a dunny.

All of this stuff is fine to show in a television ad yet manufacturer's can't show excessive speed or a driver enjoying a car's handling, unless it is in "controlled conditions on a private test track".
