Over on www.ford.com there is an interesting piece on Ford's SUV sales for 2001 for the U.S market.

A total of 760,090 SUV's sold in the U.S.
Explorer sales over the 400,000 mark.
Escape sales at 153,006.

Thats a mighty fine effort if i say so myself.

I really like the look of the new Explorer & better still it has a V8. The F series rock to a 7.3 turbo diesel V8 would have to be the ultimate tow vechile:s5
