Forum Merchandise - lack of interest - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

It had been a while since we lanched some of the Forum Merchandise, Beer Mugs, Coffee Mugs, Change colour Mugs, Scuff Plates, Show Plates....etc etc etc....

In this time not a lot of interest has been shown, and as such not much product has gone out.

As a result of this , I will be stopping production of these items. I have the following items avaliable which will clear out any stock we have left. As you are aware, we give back to help run the forums and will continue to do so, until all stocks have sold out.

Am I dissapointed? YES however, the costs of keeping the stock , the storage room, and development costs of new products have become not viable due to lack of sales.

Thanks to all of you who have helped the forums by purchasing some of the merchandise. Tee-shirts and Caps can still be bought, see Russell for details. Or pop into my shop where I will have some sizes you can try.

Sorry to hear that...but if they aren't selling..what can you do. I must say the quality of my FF shirt is excellent though and I am glad the "clothing" "range" is still there. Maybe that is where the profits will be.

The general lack of interest from the members of this forum conspires again to kill off something people have worked hard to get up and running.

I wouldn't blame the forum, you can't expect everyone to fork out the cash and to pay for things they might not necessarily need.

I contributed though, put in 10 bucks and bought me a sticker for my new car.

Best I can do seeing as though not much else interests me.

By the same token, would we have wasted philbies time in setting up the forum merchandise if there was not some demand for it when members were asked about it?
