Found this at Bathurst on Sunday.

I was walking up to the Chase on sunday at Bathurst, i saw an ugly set of tailights, then my jaw hit the groundwhen i saw it was the Hilliers Twin Cab AU XR6 ute.

The only thing i dont like is the tailights.
It acctually has rear leg room, as appposed to the new Holden Crewman.
I wish i had taken a couple of inside pics now.
The SVO tail lights would look better.

Re: Found this at Bathurst on Sunday.

amen about the R5, that thing was hot

btw check out the interior pic of the R5 in this link
looks like the BA interior to me (this was in 2000)

http://www.trueblueford.com/FalconR5ute2.html

i think its where the cabin joins the tray that lets the hilliers one down, should be straight i think rather than curved

Re: Found this at Bathurst on Sunday.

Gee, how long is it? As for rear leg room, I wonder if minge and I would fit in the back of it!

Off-topic: Kerry, is that the Bandag Bullet on fire in your avatar? Or is it just showing off the LPG injection in the exhaust? I remember reading an article about it in MOTOR a few years ago and was totally blown away. Got a few vids, too. What a beast!
Or is it something else entirely?

Re: Found this at Bathurst on Sunday.

Mate, the ute is very long.
The tray is full size, and the cabin looks like its just had the boot cut off.

No its just the Bullet showing off!
