I was walking up to the Chase on sunday at Bathurst, i saw an ugly set of tailights, then my jaw hit the groundwhen i saw it was the Hilliers Twin Cab AU XR6 ute.




The only thing i dont like is the tailights.
It acctually has rear leg room, as appposed to the new Holden Crewman.
I wish i had taken a couple of inside pics now.
The SVO tail lights would look better.

that back window looks a little out....at least hillier are doing something....Ford should have built the R5....a ute version of the territory...

i think its where the cabin joins the tray that lets the hilliers one down, should be straight i think rather than curved

Off-topic: Kerry, is that the Bandag Bullet on fire in your avatar? Or is it just showing off the LPG injection in the exhaust? I remember reading an article about it in MOTOR a few years ago and was totally blown away. Got a few vids, too. What a beast!
Or is it something else entirely?

Mate, the ute is very long.
The tray is full size, and the cabin looks like its just had the boot cut off.
