Read Fowles Auction TS50 result

I can't find the original thread which mentioned that a TS50 was going up for auction in the Prestige section of Fowles today so I will begin a new thread with an update.

Word just in is that the TS50 (2/2000 model with 18 000 km, black in colour) fetched $40 000 at auction. Of course my response was "Did you buy it?" Sounds cheap to me...

$40k is decent for a TS-50. Especially with 18k on the clock. I'm assuming it's a T1 and therefore it's an auto. If it was a manual even being a TE50 that will be a top deal.

Yeah, it was a T1 auto. I was gonna try to get out there and have a look, but couldn't get out of work. I doubt they would of accepted my monopoly money if I'd bid anyhow!
