The fuel pump is maxing out at 141rwkw@4000rpm. I would have thought the stock pump would have supplied a bit more than that, but it is 9 years old. I am still not 100% sure it is the fuel pump, but the engine should be producing about 180rwkw@5500-6000rpm, but at the moment it hits 141kw @ 4000rpm and stays at 140kw through to 6000rpm.

I thought the dyno would have revealed what is wrong if u think u have a problem there. did u have it dyno'd before and had a bigger figure, maybe prior to those mods?
Just by the engine specs, I know the engine should produce quite a bit more power, and by looking at the dyno sheet, it is clear there is a problem above 4000rpm. I have been told that the pump cannot provide enough fuel for the expected 170-180rwkw and will not show up on the dyno because the changes are too quick for wideband AFR meter to pick up. It may not be the fuel pump, but it seems the most likely solution.
I have std pump with 36's and it starts to lean off from 230 rwkw.. 13'8 afr. But your pump could be r/s did you check fuel pressure while under load ??
I'm fitting a Bosch inline pump with a relay from existing pump circuit. Rated at 600 h.p don't know flow #'s cost around $300.00.. This will only work if intank pump is up to it...hth..

I didn't actually talk to the mechanic who dynoed my car, someone else picked up my car. I hae been told the stock pump is rated at 95l/hr which is only good for around 180-190kw. It is interesting to see that yours, EBXR8240, lasted to 230rwkw. My AFR was fine at 13.0 from idle to 6000rpm. XR9UTE told me that the AFR may not change even though the fuel pump is maxing out, but the engine just stops making any more power. I just don't know what is going on.
It is set at 40psi, upping that gave no more power, only made it rich. I can't think what else could be causing the problem. The dyno goes straigt upto 141kw@4000 and then keeps going up and down from 135 to 140kw till the dyno run ends at 6000rpm where it is still 139rwkw.
They couldn't diagnose anything?? What did they suggest?? You are atleast 50+ kw short !! How long have you run this engine since building it? [I would be pisssst !!] Did they check maf / tps/hego voltage?? Seems when going open loop it pegs out, ha??
Tried clocking maf...Cats o/k??
