After watching a couple of the other movies to confirm my suspicions, that would have to be one of the most deranged minds, I'm seriously lost for words - imagine the reaction of a psychologist - there are themes of cannibalisation, murder, necrophilia, bodily fluid fetishes, sexual torture.
