I have noticed recently there have been a few threads with statements about women drivers & what they need or what men percieve they want to drive.

I have a few questions.........

1. Why do men think women can only drive auto (slushbox)cars?

2. Why do women in some eyes only have the option of at best a XR6T........Why cant we have the big banger (V8) most of us would love to drive?

3. Are there any males out there who are not afraid of a woman driving a decent car that may well kick your buts?????

4. Is driving a really nice V8 a male dominated thing?????????

I am not wanting a flaming war men v women ........ I am merely asking the questions.

I rather women who drive real cars, eg. V8. Screw the Excels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like women who drive big cars. My girlfriend is currently driving an 82 Corola, but at least it's a manual. Anyway, I've managed to get her into a large car. She will soon be driving one of the biggest there is, an LTD. It will be an auto, only because they don't come in manual.

Not all men think that way.

1. Yes some women can only drive autos, but i know some very capable female drivers, who drive manuals.

2. If a woman can drive/handle the XR6T or V8 good on her.

3. If she drives a decent car, and she wants to take me on, bring it on, if she wins she wins. Yes i would be pissed off, butt i am pissed off when anyone beats me(not that often).

4. No i dont think its a male dominated thing.

There are some very good Women drivers and some very bad male drivers. Its just when the woman stuffs up the male assumes they are all the same, its called stereotyping.

All australian drivers need better Driving education.

No one is perfect.

When i was in the States, two hot chicks drove past in a Chevy Suburban....I was on foot and felt so inadequate!!!

well, mrs rsgerry drives an AU3 XR6, while mr rsgerry drives a 1.1 litre fiesta...ghia.
