Ok , here is a list of the fixed speed cameras that went up yesterday on the road between Melbourne and Geelong. Im not sure of the reliability of the source , but its better to be safe than sorry.......
1 on the top of the Westgate Bridge
1 at the first Werribee exit
1 at the Little River exit
2 at Point Cook
1 at Point Wilson
1 at Corio
1 just before you arrive at the Waterslide in Geelong
They are apparently well hidden , on both inbound and outbound lanes and can detect speeds of only 5 k's over the limit.
As i said , i dont know how true this is but pays to look out anyway.

I got told those exact locations as well.
Except they will be moving the cameras around. I think there will only be four and they will be moved between the locations.
Some MP said that the government would happily give up all revenue from these cameras as they are not just for revenue raising, but for safety. If this is the case, why no donate the money to charity or put it into better young driver education traning before they get their p plates. Then the money might be doing something good.
