Red face Gen 3 rebuilds

From ls1.com

Quote:
Blacktown Holden Dealership, is rebuilding 3-4 engines per week, also Penrith Holden Dealership is rebuild a Gen 3 every second day, it make you wonder, how many more are been rebuilt per dealership nationwide, would it be over 100 per week?.
Not good, let's hope Ford don't have these probs with the new 4.6/5.4.

The dealership where ilive were only resposible for pulling the motors out and re installing them. At least these guys down here had a specialist engine building company rebuild their LS1s

Poor bastards.

I'd be mighty pissed off if I had to go through some of the bullshyte some of the LS1 boys are copping from Holden, just to get their pride and joys to where they should have been in the first place.

:crazy2:

Once the sales start to fall thats when Holden will start to care, at the moment these problems don't seem to be stopping people buying Ls1 powered commodores.
Hopefully Fords new V8 will.

perhaps, and the fact the media know that there are alot mroe holden people than ford people, a case of keeping the majority happy. But we will fight on and turn the tables sooner or later.
