"Ford President Geoff Polites drove his new Falcon XR6 turbo to an FCAI meeting at holden with Peter Hanenberger. Polites happened to park the 240kw falcon in front of Holden's Tech centre for Holden's design staff and engineers to gawk at."

u cheeky bugga geoff. I wish i was there to watch there jaws drop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries I think... and Peter is the boss of it (as well as of Holden).

The big four and the federal government are working on a new car industry policy. I heard about what G.P. did from my contact at FoMoCo. The workers think he is a "Legend". Maybe rumor..., however GP might have done a "little" burn out as he left the Evil Empire at Fishy bend.

yeah keep the Tarriffs stuff the cheaper Korean cars. protect the Aussie markets!! I'm so sick of us shaping up for this free market crap when every other country just slaps us in the face (Ie America and there metal and wheat issues)
