Had my Ghia broken into last night. The car was locked, but there's no evidence of forced entry. Locks still work fine.
I walked out to the car this morning, saw the drivers door half open, looked inside and everything was upside down. They took my Ray-Ban sunnies and about $50 worth in loose change. They made a half-witted attempt at the CD player, but left it. They also left my hand held CB which they took out of the map pocket, and left on the drivers seat. Maybe they forgot it?
I feel sick right now.
The car will get a silent alarm this week, and hopefully they strike again.
Sorry to hear that mate, The alarm will be worthwhile. The XF's are really easy to get into.
I took out the lock knobs in mine to stop people getting packing tape in there and pulling them up.

Yeh, I'm just glad the car wasn't damaged.
I'll fit some deadlocks when I get home tonight, and the alarm goes on Wed.
