Got a new job.

Last year about a week before XMAS i finally had enough of my previous employer and walked off site, cos he hadnt paid me my full amount for the previous fortnight, but this was only minor compared to what i was going through during the year. Anyway i threatened court action and before you know it i not only had the rest of my money but the materials to finish my new house.

I always knew i had a strong chance of scoring a job with a friend of mine's Furniture factory and yesterday i met with the big boss and the job was sealed. Its probably the best xmas present and the best way to start the new year, i know it probably doesnt sound like much to others but im very excited about this new job especially after all the lies and deceit from my previous employer.

anyway just thought i'd let you's all know.

cheers,

Re: Got a new job.

Good on ya mate... I've decided I've had enough of my workplace (well, not so much my workplace, more the way I'm treated by those above me and the way my pay is often screwed around), and so I've already worked there for the very last time.

So now I'm looking for a new job, only wish my Escort was registered so when I do get a new job I don't have to keep borrowing LuvinmyEB's Falcon to get to and from work...

If you are a permanent employee stick it out for 1 more year you have long service leave pro rata then its worth 2 months pay..
