This is just an idea and would like to get some feedback on it.I would love to see both Indy cars and Formula 1 at Bathurst.What an event! A 4 day event for these cars.Not at the same time though.Have the events separately.

The bathurst track has been upgraded with new pits and so on so we have a lot to offer these categories.It would certainly put Bathurst on the world map even more so than V8 supercars,etc.

Would love some feedback on this and maybe submit the idea to the right people.Anyone interested?

It's a great idea but the track itself can not be approved for these types of vehicles, in its current form. Some of the drops in road surface wouyld beach the cars, along with general safety issues that would require heaps of engineering. I hear rumour that Bathurst Council is considering ways to get the bikes back at the trach, even looking at 'cutting the top off' the moutain section.
