Hi, just popping past as I am chronically bored at work doing a nightshift (it's 4am here in the UK right now).
Anyway, just interested to see what sort of power you guys are running around here + whats the quickest / fastest times people have proven to run. Great site....would love to come to Auz soon to check out some drag racing shows..where is the best place to visit + what sort of time of year?

Our main current family sedans use inline 6 cylinder engines (4.0L capacity) that have 182kw (that's the base model). There is also a V8 option (5.4L capacity) that sports 220kw standard. Then there are sports variants:

Inline 6 cylinder turbo (240kw, but much, much more potential)
Semi-worked V8 (260kw)
Range-topping performance V8 (290kw).

I'm sure plenty of other people will elaborate with times and such. I hope it's a start anyway =)

BTW: Looks like you've got some car there! UK's fastest, eh? Impressive!

Theres also allot of modding going on to the new falcons at the moment, APS have tuned an XR6 Turbo Falcon to reach more than 300Km/h and you can buy one for arround $50,000AUD

What I am really interested in is when someone's actually got the stock engine and done something very diffierent. Look appreciating things like this.
