IMO I think FPV should make the new GT-P for the Procar GT-P class. And Ford should be advertising the fact that the TE50 was the ONLY V8 production car to finish the Sandown 500 and to quote Bob Hughes one of the co-drivers "Put another four tyres on and it will do another 500km as is." None of the Commodore drivers could of said that Haahahahah.

If the TE50 is near the top of its class now imagine what the GT-P will be capable of.

To quote the Procar website - "The Team Yamaha Ford Tickford TE50 was the only V8 Production Car to finish the race and still have the capability to continue on. The focus of Team Yamaha has been to develop TE50 to be a serious contender to the HSV300kw and it has certainly proved that convincingly after this gruelling event. "

So let the games begin and let us start kicking butt where it really counts - production car racing.

hey thats great fords always had good successon the track with its real production sports cars..
