:( Unfortuantly, the manual conversion is on hold now.. I was REALLY set on it (again) but to be realistic, the car is a shocking handler with the auto, chuck a manual in there and attempt Mt. Hwy (thing of GOR but more twisty and even less room for error), and I'll be dead in 2-3 trips for sure..
So I'm gonna go nuts with handling, and after I work my arse off all summer before Uni next year, I'll convert it to manual then.
Non-the-less, very willing to help others with their manual conversions in the meantime, I have read up on it all and I think I could do a lot of it with my eyes shut :)
