well friday night some low life decided my XR looked better with some nice deep coin marks along the boot. not to sure weather this happened in my carport or at the shoping centre on the way home. (i live in a decent area and went to the shoping centre at daylight with lot of people around.)

anyway i was wondering;

who else has had this happen?


what can be done to stop/reduce the chance of it happening again?

how much pleasure does it bring the vandal to deface someone elses pride and joy?

my girlfriends car has been keyed, and has had some type of oil thrown across it.

Pretty low forms of scum do stuff like that.

I went to the movies at a major shopping center during the day and came back to a shopping trolley sitting on the bonnet of my XF. Didn’t make much difference to the paintwork though.

Ive had some lady let her trolley go and it rolled into my car while i was sitting in it once, lucky it hit the plastic bumper and when i went out and was about the say a few nice words to the lady she noticed what she did and apologised for a few mins. No damage so i let her off

No , not my son. I dragged him to security who in turn called the cops . When his old man turned up , he was rather pissed off indeed. It didn't bother him that I gave his boy a thick ear either.
Its when he saw the damage that he assured me that parenting isn't all love .

my car aint anything special at all, especially to you lot but one saturday morning last year i got up and when went outside (my car has to live out front as parents get the garage) i saw that overnight my car had got keyed down both sides and across the bonnet.

my car is a 3dr 93 excel and the way that car is put together they managed to get every metal panel except for the rear hatch.

A whole street in the city where kids have walked up and keyed around 100 cars!

Someone must have seen them doing it!

Fortunately I caught the bastards working on my car!
