Is this healthy?

I went to Taco Bell a few weeks ago with my friend and ate some food. Hours later I started getting these god-awful cramps and decided I was going to drop him off and go home to rest.

So, I lay on my couch and watch some A-Team re-runs sipping ginger ale, popping assorted stomach medicine tablets.

After 2 hours of gut wretching abdominal pains I finally felt better. But only after passing this:

My jaw dropped when I looked down before I flushed. It looks fairly discolored, but nut free. Usually when I feel really sick I have loads of strange lil nuts tucked away in a load. Not this time however. I do feel much better, but alas I am concerned with that turd. I am quite proud of it though. Does it look unhealthy? Should I give up Mexican food?
