OK Peoples,

Seeing that I got SHAFTED this week, I am running a FF Competition.

in any number of words, please tell me how you've been shafted! There are no rules but keep the language clean.

Winners will be judged on 31st October 2003 and will get:

1st place - $100 gift voucher to spend at my shop.

2nd Place gets 2 Colour change mugs with your choice of Piccy.

3rd Place gets a Dickhead award!

Judges are the following people, and this is the first they know about it!

and lastly Donutking. (i plucked your names out of a hat, with no supervision.)

We can be bribed, bought, and anything else you can think of!

but our decision is FINAL.

Dropped my resume in for a job, talked with one staff member. Phoned next day to ensure the manager had my resume and asked for them to ring back. After a week and no phone call I went in. She had looked through all resumes and had already employed someone.

Pretty poor attempt at this competition...but I thought I would post it anyway...I won't buy anything at EB anymore because of the shit way they handled me.

OK, this is how I was shafted at my job.

Began working for the Government in a Marketing Graduate position.

No one told the area where I was to work that I was even starting.

Got given every boring job available (plenty of them at the Government)

Had to work away from head office for 6 months, at Bathurst.

After 2 years doing all this crap work, they didn't even give me a permanent position, which I was entitled to.

Then, whist being paid less then the secretaries, I trained my manager in his job.

Finally, I applied for a higher position and got the job.

Two weeks later, Bob Carr wins the election, and restructures the Government, making me redundant.

Three years worth of training and crap work, only to end up on my arse!!! SHAFTED!!!

I haven't worked there for months, and they still haven't paid me my redundancy. "We are just waiting for approval for funds through Treasury and form 45.876a is still to be filled in, in triplicate."

SHAFTED AGAIN!!!
