G'day, I made an earlier post i think it failed. Any way just joined the EA-EL club and thought i'd say hi. I just bought my first car and it is a 1988 Falcon S with a CFi engine. It had only 159000 clicks and for $4000 i think it was a steal, what do u guys think?

Car is in great condition, changes gears smoothly and engine is happy to rev. It was owned from new by a seventy year old guy. At the moment no mod and i have plans, but the wallet doesnt see my plans
mate, i piucked up a 89 mod ea gl. It has a 2.5 inch exxhst and the s pac rims. Its 5 speed manual. It has 200 000 on the clock and i got in for 2200. It my first car. So yeah...
With EA's price really depends on the condition and km's. 159k is stuff all for an EA, and if it is in good condition, you got a good deal. Also, with the single older owner, you know it has generally been well looked after.
Also look through these and the engine forums, there are plenty of easy and cheap mods around that have a decent results. Enjoy.
