Hey guys,

Got a chance on a computer, just thought I'd drop by and keep the blue blood flowing. This place is getting good, took about a week to get used to it, but now it's great fun. Having a ball.

Just done the basics so far, drill, first aid, navigation, stuff like that. Only shot ten rounds, but it's only week 3, more to come on that.

Jeez, it's been 2 weeks, I can't even remember FF. Must be going nuts. Have fun, take care, stay out of trouble. Catch you in about a month guys and girls.

Kapooka, NSW. It's just outside Wagga for those who don't know. They let us loose for a day in Wagga in week four, the local KFC is going to make a killing.

Heh heh heh, ah, fortunately they let us RAAF type people out of base thru my whole time there. Although, I did have to spend 14 months there, which fits under "cruel and unusual punishment" in my books!

Hope you enjoy your time there, if I was doing it all again, I'd have worried half as much and enjoyed it twice as much. Get to do stuff you'll never get the opportunity to do anywhere else.

I've got my 2 year re-cert Steyr shoot tomorrow, wanna give me a brush up on my drills with the stupid thing?

You should be enjoying it cause it's a fairly long way away from HARD compared to when I went through 8 year's ago. It was 13 week's of absolute torture from before sunrise to after sunset, but I did have a ball allthough it was'nt till after I left Kamp Krusty that I realised how much fun it was.

Enjoy your time mate but don't think that it's hard cause your only there 6 week's
