have you tried the program anydvd?? apparently it does them. if u have a P2P software installed download it from there...

Ive never come across a protected one. Whats it saying that makes you think its protected? Apparently a program called DVD X-Copy is that way to go as it will burn dvds straight over without any messin around

Is it protected so that you cant burn it but you can rip it?

If you can rip it then just rip it somewhere then burn onto a cd from that.

Otherwise just google for a program. Or ask on some irc networks...ones with really hardcore geeks in there hehehe.

Hey Guys

Basically what they are legit dvds that i purchased but the heat in the car actually causes the layer of the dvd to unbind, hence well over $200 of worthless dvds

So i got a dvd burner, but these new dvd's aka xmen 2 are protected
